Meridian360 is the first Enterprise Growth Platform for wholesale distributors and manufacturers, a category we're naming, not one we're competing our way into. LeadSmart was founded in 2019 by Tom Burton and Kevin Brown, who bring a combined 45 years of software, marketing, and industry sales experience to the company. The people who join now help define what this becomes, in an industry most software companies have overlooked, not join a company where all the important decisions are already behind it.
Our mission is to give distributors and manufacturers one unified growth platform — and the people who join now decide how we get there.
How We Work
Two lenses, one company.
LeadSmart wasn't built by a pure engineering culture or a pure sales culture, and we're not trying to become either one. We need people who respect both. Directness matters here, the same "no gotchas" standard we hold with customers, we try to hold internally too.

Where the work happens
Our headquarters is in Orange County, California. We prefer in-person and hybrid roles — we're a small, early team, and we believe the best work happens when we're in the room together.
